Our Role
Fairfax Epoxy Flooring operates as a project coordination service. Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract for services. Work is generally performed by independent, third-party contractors and service providers. The specific contracting party responsible for your project will be identified in writing before you sign any service agreement.
Estimates
Estimates provided are based on information you supply and are subject to change following an on-site evaluation. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price, availability, or timeline.
Communications
By submitting the estimate form and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and/or email communications related to your project, which may be generated in part by an AI assistant. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
Licensing & Insurance
Projects may be coordinated with independent, third-party licensed contractors and service providers. The contracting party for any specific project will be clearly identified before you sign a service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Fairfax Epoxy Flooring is not liable for delays, damages, or disputes arising from work performed by independent contractors, except as required by applicable law.
